Orders

Happy Paws Pet Food requires all orders to be placed via the website by; Friday midday - Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Lismore, Sydney, Central Coast, Newcastle, Wollongong, Canberra & surrounding areas or Sunday midnight - Gold Coast, Tweed, Scenic Rim, Mt Tambourine; for the following weeks delivery. You will be emailed an order confirmation email which will include a delivery day, so please ensure you mark our email address as ‘safe’ to make sure you receive all emails from us. If you miss this cutoff time for ordering, we will endeavour to fill your order where we can and if not, we will contact you with options or it will be logged for the following weeks delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the safe cold storage of goods once delivered. You have the option to purchase thermal insulation if you are not home for your delivery which will assist in maintaining the optimal temperature of the goods, however full responsibility is with the customer.


Auto Delivery

The auto delivery service offers our customers an automated debit and delivery service. Customers can organise this by selecting the ‘Subscribe for Auto Delivery’ button when adding items to their cart as well as selecting the frequency of the automatic delivery.

Customers will be offered a 5% discount on all products provided the subscription is managed by the Customer. If the Customer chooses not to manage their own subscription via their online account, they will forfeit the 5% discount and will be billed at the full retail price. Prices are subject to change without notice and all Customer subscriptions will be updated accordingly.

The auto delivery discount of 5% is not valid with any other discounts offered store wide.

Once the initial subscription is set up, the recurring order date will be moved to the Thursday or Saturday (depending on delivery area) prior to the next scheduled delivery, this is to allow time for processing and packing the order. The Customer will receive an email two days prior to the order processing date to allow time for any changes to the order.

Customers can log into their account at any time to edit their personal details as well as change/cancel their subscription order. Instructions to do so can be found in our HELP CENTRE.
