Returns Policy

Happy Paws Pet Food are unable to accept returns of refrigerated/frozen products due to change of mind or if your animal doesn't like a particular product as we are unable to control how it has been stored during the time the product/s have been in the customers care and what temperatures the products have been stored at. 

Refunds

Happy Paws Pet Food will replace any of their Happy Paws Pet Food products if they are spoiled when received by the customer. Please contact us via phone or email to discuss this immediately upon receiving the delivery. The product will need to be retained for examination.

If a refund has been approved, it will be processed with 48 hours of approval however, the refund may take up to 7 business days to appear in your chosen account.
