Delivery Day Changes due to upcoming Public Holidays (ANZAC Day & Labour Day) ANZAC Thursday 25th April There will be no deliveries made this day, for those with a regular delivery scheduled for this day, it will be moved to either Wednesday 24th April or Friday 26th April depending on your delivery area. If you require more information, please contact us at Labour Day Monday 6th May Due to the Queensland public holiday all orders for delivery week commencing 6th May will be processed no later than Tuesday 30th April to allow time for packing and processing. If you have subscription order scheduled for this time, we will handle the processing on our end – there is nothing required on your end. How do I choose the frequency that best suits?

If you have ordered from us before have a look at your order history, this will be a good indication of how often you need to have your products delivered.

What delivery frequencies can I choose from?

Our delivery frequencies are on a weekly basis, and you can choose any where from a weekly delivery all the way to a delivery every 12 weeks. Your delivery day is based on your delivery area, you can find more information about delivery days on our Delivery Page.

Can I have more than one Auto Delivery frequency?

Yes, you can have more than one Auto Delivery frequency. Each different Auto Delivery frequency will be set up as a separate subscription and treated as a separate order, this is important to note as delivery fees may apply to your order depending on the separate order values. 


How will I know when my Auto Delivery order is due?

You will receive a reminder email the week before your delivery is due so that you can make changes to your order if required. Your order and payment will be processed 3 days later, wit your delivery scheduled for your delivery day that coming week. You can find more information about delivery days on our Delivery Page. 

How will I know what time my delivery is coming?

You will receive a text message the night before your delivery day with an estimated delivery time window for the next day. Your delivery day is based on your delivery area, you can find more information about delivery days on our Delivery Page.


What if the price of products in my Auto Delivery change?

We all know that prices fluctuate, if our prices do change the products in your Auto Delivery order will be updated automatically. The updated pricing will be listed on the Upcoming Order email you receive prior to your order payment being processed to give you an opportunity to remove these products if you want to.

Do I still receive discounts?

All products in your Auto Delivery order will receive an automatically applied 5% discount on all products. If there are other discounts available store wide, we suggest you place a separate order to take advantage of those discounts as other discounts usually are not available on Auto Delivery orders.


How do I get started with the Auto Delivery service?

When placing your order on our website, simply select the Subscribe & Save 5% option and choose your Delivery Frequency before adding the product to your cart. Repeat this process for each product you want to include in your Auto Delivery and then check out. Your Auto Delivery service is now set up, and yes, it really is that easy!

Am I locked into the Auto Delivery service?

No, there are no lock ins with the Auto Delivery service and you can manage and change your own subscription at your leisure via our online portal
