📦 Shelf-Stable Products - Australia Wide Delivery

Our complete range of treats, and shelf-stable products can now be shipped anywhere in Australia via courier. These products are marked with a box badge (📦) in their description.

Shelf-stable products include:

  • Beef Jerky
  • Liver treats
  • Dental chews
  • Dry treats
  • Other ambient temperature items

These items are shipped via standard courier and can be delivered to your door anywhere in Australia.

❄️ Frozen Products - Cold Courier Delivery (Limited Areas)

Our premium frozen meat, BARF products, and raw bones require specialized cold-chain delivery to maintain freshness and quality. These products are marked with a blue snowflake badge (❄️) in their description.

Frozen products include:

  • Raw meat products
  • BARF patties and mixes
  • Raw meaty bones
  • Frozen organ meats

Due to the specialised refrigerated transport required, frozen products are currently available for delivery within our cold courier partner's service area. Please check product availability at checkout or contact us to confirm if we can deliver frozen products to your location.

How to Identify Product Types

Look for these badges in product descriptions:

  • 📦 Box = Shelf-stable, ships Australia wide
  • ❄️ Snowflake = Frozen, limited delivery area via cold courier

Can I Order Both Types Together?

Yes! If you're located within our cold courier delivery area, you can add shelf-stable products to your frozen order and everything will be delivered together via our temperature-controlled courier service. This ensures your frozen items stay frozen while your treats come along for the ride.

However, if you're outside our cold courier area, you'll only be able to order shelf-stable products, as we cannot ship frozen items via standard courier.
